Carson F. Dye, FACHE, is an executive search consultant with Witt/Kieffer, which con¬ducts chief executive officer, senior executive, and physician executive searches for a variety of health-care organizations. His consulting experience includes leadership assessment, organizational design, and physician leadership development. He also conducts board retreats and provides counsel in executive employment contracts for a variety of client organizations.
